DELIVERY ZONES UK MAINLAND
Covering the whole of the UK mainland, we can deliver your customer orders in a professional and friendly manner.
We use our own fleet of vehicles to service Zone 1. We have partnered up with the palletline service for our deliveries to Zone 2 and Zone 3. Our pallet rates are very competitive, plus we manage the process on your behalf.
The cost of Q4 Home Delivery depends on which Zone you wish the goods to be sent too. The UK is split into 3 Zones shown on the map. Prices and delivery times vary by Zone. We deliver to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle Of Wight, Isle Of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and offshore islands however we would ask you to contact us for specific delivery pricing in these areas prior to ordering.

General Terms & Conditions
Your customer or their representative must be present at the point of delivery to sign for and accept the goods on your behalf.
We would aim to deliver on the specified day, however if for any reason Quest 4 were unable to do so the next available delivery slot would be offered as replacement.
Once a delivery appointment is made, a call is made 1 Hour prior to delivery. If your customer is not at the address or cannot reach the delivery point within a further 15 mins of the carrier arriving we reserve the right to abort the delivery, and make a new delivery appointment, which may be subject to additional costs.
Delivery can only be made to the address stated at time of order, delivery to an alternative address or postcode may be subject to additional charges.
If a delivery cannot be made due to the failings of our customer the vehicle and goods will be returned to the depot. A further charge will be made to rearrange a delivery, or in some cases it will be possible to collect your customers goods.
All goods should be unpacked and checked on receipt. Any damages should be refused or a claused signature left. Any damages reported after this point cannot be claimed for.
Q4 Bathrooms will not be liable for consequential loss, tradesman should not be booked until goods have been received and checked.
Deliveries are “Doorstep Deliveries” or into garages, conditions apply. Our delivery personnel are not insured to carry goods into properties.
All delivery vans are single man operated. Delivery will be made to the nearest hard road point. Our delivery personnel will be as helpful as possible but may need assistance with heavy loads.
Vehicle Access
Zone 1 deliveries will be made by a fleet of 3.5t Vehicles.
Zone 2 & 3 deliveries will be made by 7.5t Vehicles with tail lift and pallet truck.
Returning Goods
Zone 2 or 3 returns need to be secured to a pallet.
Damaged
Damaged goods, will be exchanged at no charge, providing we are notified immediately at the delivery point. All Goods must be fully inspected prior to installation. Claims for damaged goods will not be accepted if fully or partially installed.
Incorrect Items delivered
If we have sent you an incorrect item please notify our customer service team as soon as possible after delivery and we will endeavour to exchange that item as soon as possible at no cost to yourselves.
Unwanted Goods.
Please ensure goods are returned in good condition and the original packaging. Good condition and original packaging means exactly as you received them. Do not write on or deface the packaging. All delivery costs must be covered by yourself or your customer.
All returns are subject to Quest 4 Ltd standard Returns Policy.
