This week we are going to take a look at why there has been an increase in replacing tiles with wall panels, and which is the most popular from Q4. Wall panels have been around for a number of years, but they’ve never really been shouted about. However, more recently, there has been an increase in sales as more and more people turn to this tiling alternative.

While tiles can create an impressive, intricate design, there is a lot of work involved in fitting and maintaining them. Wall panels give a seamless finish, are simple to install and put an end to mouldy walls. The most popular wall panel we sell is the Wetwall Lime Gloss Laminate panel.

About Wetwall

Based in the UK, Wetwall have been creating wall panels for twenty years and continue to develop new, innovating ideas that ensure they’re a marketing leader. Using unique technology and techniques, Wetwall’s laminated wall panel comes in an array of colours and finishes.

Wetwall Laminate Panels

Wetwall panels are constructed by bonding High Pressure Laminate (HPL) to a Medite MR MDF core using a PVA adhesive system to give a completely waterproof surface. A balancing laminate is bonded to the reverse, to ensure your panels will remain structurally stable, watertight and waterproof. Wetwall panels can be cut down on your site, attached to any surface and don’t require grout – all of which removes the need of an expert fitter.

Wetwall laminate panels come in a variety of colours and finishes as standard. Due to the nature of their construction, Wetwall panels are easy to clean and reduce the build up of dirt and grime, ensuring you don’t lose the striking colour. The Lime Gloss has been our most popular colour and we think this is because it leaves a lasting impression.
