We check each order three times before we distribute
To ensure traders receive their bathrooms exactly as they’ve ordered them, we check, and recheck every order picked. As a result, logistics achieve completed order ratings of 98%.
We take orders up to 5pm for Next Day Delivery
We understand that bathroom traders need to place orders when it’s most convenient. By extending our cut off point to 5pm, they can call, fax or email orders and we will still deliver the next day.
We operate fast response return and credit
Dealing with any unfortunate situations in a proactive, speedy manner is key to excellent customer service. If you have an issue, or need to order a replacement item, our bathroom distributors will deliver it, take away the old one, and provide credit if required, all in the next working day.
